What's new pussycat?

Working night shift makes me feel like I never get a good amount of time off. Because of that, my blogging isn't quite what it used to be.

 I decided to deviate from my usual kate spade purse and try something different this fall/winter. I ordered the j. crew Biennial Satchel. I'm still on the fence about it. I like how big it is and it has these magnets at the end of the zippers to keep them from flapping around. I also got a new pair of pixie pants in navy and the anchor top I've been stalking all summer.

 The cupcake store in Aiken is closing. I'll be sad, but it's hard to top a Publix cupcake. Travis and I got these two cupcakes after I worked some overtime. I needed some kind of reward for working extra!

 Writing some notes on my cute kate spade stationary that my fabulous aunt Karen gave me for my birthday! Thank you!!

 We made some grilled brussel sprouts from a pinterest recipe. They were delish. Definitely will be making these again soon.

 I was super excited when my dad brought this over. It was delivered to his house and everyone loves free stuff, especially free K-cups! Did anyone else get these?

 I took this class this week. #1 I was terrified of this class. #2 I hope to never be a pediatric nurse. Ever. #3 SO thankful I don't have to take this class again for another 2 years!

My new shoes! I've been wanting a pair of these minimus New Balance shoes for awhile. I plan on eventually wearing them to work, but I'm going to have to get used to the barefoot concept first.
